IoThys
Interview with Julien Garcia, Pre-sales & Innovation Director at Percall Group
Hello Julien, how would you describe IoThys’ positioning today?
Today, IoThys is establishing itself as a comprehensive platform that enables organizations to digitalize and manage their assets. Our goal is simple: give organizations a unified, real time and predictive view of everything that makes up their environment, equipment, machines and infrastructures.
IoThys’ real strength lies in its ability to connect, monitor, and analyze all types of assets. We collect large amounts of field data and turn it into actionable insights within a true digital control tower. This control tower combines realtime monitoring, advanced dashboards, and artificial intelligence to support better decisionmaking.
Another key differentiator is our ability to bring together the IoT, OT, and IT worlds. We create a continuous data flow, from the sensor all the way to business applications. This is essential for fully leveraging data and helping companies optimize their operations.
You often highlight IoThys’ modularity. Why is this so important?
Because digital transformation never works as a copyandpaste process. Every industrial, urban, or energy environment is different. Technology must adapt to these realities not the other way around.
This is why IoThys was designed as an adaptable and customizable platform. We work with each client to build a tailored solution that fits their specific needs. Our connected architecture allows us to capture any type of data while integrating seamlessly with existing systems: ERP, MES, CMMS, existing IoT platforms, specific protocols, and more.
This modularity allows us to address many very concrete use cases, such as:
- energy performance
- carbon footprint reduction
- maintenance and CMMS
- fleet management
- environmental monitoring
- smart cities and connected districts
- and more
And above all, the platform evolves easily: needs change, sensors evolve, regulations shift… IoThys keeps pace.
IoThys is also positioned as an innovation driver. What does that mean in practice?
Our ambition is to be an accelerator. IoT technologies evolve rapidly, AI even faster, and our clients expect more than just a basic monitoring solution.
This is why artificial intelligence is taking on an increasingly important role in the platform, especially for:
- predictive maintenance
- automatic anomaly detection
- energy optimization
- event forecasting
- advanced environmental management
Our platform is designed to be open and scalable. Adding a new sensor, a new protocol, or a new use case should be simple, that’s exactly what the platform is built for. And beyond technology, we support our clients in exploring new applications and creating solutions aligned with their future challenges.
