As part of the call for projects of the DIRECCTE Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Percall is financially supported by the European Social Fund (ESF) to participate in professional integration in the digital professions.
With its National Operational Program "Employment and Inclusion" 2014-2020, the ESF aims to "Train the employed who benefit the least from training, especially the least qualified, women and seniors ".
In this sense, Percall committed since October 2016 to train its junior employees through the «Integration of new employees» training.
